We want you to be satisfied with the Service. If you are not, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are available only if you have not used the Service yet.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please contact us at support@try-on-me.com with your purchase details. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider.

4. Exceptions

  • Services already rendered.
  • Misuse or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on Paddle's policies and your payment method.
